Victoria Phillips Studio & Gallery is now accepting submissions for our Small Works Exhibition – Holiday Gift Edition, a curated collection of affordable, giftable artwork just in time for the holiday season.

This exhibition celebrates the power of small-scale work—pieces that are intimate, approachable, and accessible to a wide range of collectors. We welcome artwork that invites connection, sparks conversation, and makes original art attainable for holiday gift-giving.

All mediums are welcome, and both representational and abstract works will be considered.

✨ Submission Guidelines

Open to artists working in all 2D and 3D media

Maximum size: 24” x 24” (or equivalent in 3D)

Maximum retail price: $250

$25 submission fee per artist, including up to 3 pieces

All submitted work must be for sale

Artwork must be gallery-ready and properly prepared for display

Artists may submit up to 3 works

Submission does not guarantee a place in the show

Selected Works

Works will be selected based on creativity, originality, craftsmanship, and relevance to the exhibition.

Artists whose work is selected will receive a letter of acceptance by email on October 25, 2026.

📦 Artwork Delivery & Exhibition Terms

Artwork Delivery: November 13–14, 2026 | 10 AM–2 PM

If you need to ship your artwork, you must contact the gallery directly for shipping instructions.

Artists are responsible for all packing and shipping charges, insurance costs, handling expenses, and the risk of loss or damage during shipping, delivery, and install.

All artwork must be gallery-ready—wired for hanging, properly mounted, or otherwise prepared for professional display.

Shipped artwork must include a prepaid return shipping label, and signature confirmation is required for shipped deliveries.

At the close of the exhibition, artists will be responsible for arranging artwork pickup or return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the artist.

Pay the $25 submission fee and complete the online submission form. Then email victoriaphillipsart@gmail.com with the subject line:
