Calling all book lovers and fantasy fans! Join us for a creative evening as we hand-build your very own dragon-inspired ceramic travel mug using slab-building techniques.

This special workshop was inspired by dragon travel mugs I created as gifts for my book-loving friends before the last release of a beloved romantasy series.

Using beautiful speckled stoneware, you’ll create a functional travel mug complete with dragon-inspired details that are perfect for cozy reading nights and your favorite coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. You’ll also choose the glaze color for your dragons during class to make your mug uniquely yours.

After the workshop, we’ll take care of the rest! Your mug will be bisque fired, glazed with a food-safe glaze, and glaze fired to cone 5–6. Once finished, it will be both microwave and dishwasher safe.

Finished mugs will be ready for pickup in approximately 4–6 weeks—just in time for cooler weather and cozy evenings with your next favorite read.

No pottery experience is necessary. I’ll guide you through each step of the process.
