As the seasons shift and the natural world prepares for transformation, we invite artists to submit work exploring themes of growth, change, grounding, and nature. From falling leaves to inner renewal, from forested landscapes to abstract reflections on transition — this exhibition celebrates the beauty of autumn through many lenses.

All interpretations are welcome — representational or abstract, literal or symbolic.

All mediums will be considered, including painting, photography, sculpture, ceramics, mixed media, fiber, and more.

📌 Submission Guidelines:

• Open to artists 18 and older

• $25 submission fee

• All mediums welcome

• Artists may submit up to 3 works for consideration

• Submitted work must be available for sale

📅 Important Dates:

• Submission Deadline: August 28, 2025

• Notification of Accepted Works: September 1, 2025

• Artwork Delivery: September 15, 2025 (9 AM – 4 PM)

• Opening Reception: October 3, 2025 (6 PM – 8 PM)

• De-install / Pick-Up: October 27, 2025 (9 AM – 4 PM)

Pay the submission fee and complete the form online. Then email victoriaphillipsart@gmail.com with the subject line:

“October Show Submission – [Your Name]” and include:

• Up to 3 images (JPEG, labeled with your name and title of the work)

• Your name, title, medium, dimensions, and price for each piece

All selected artists will be notified via email by September 1.

All artwork must be gallery-ready (wired for hanging or properly mounted) and delivered in person or shipped with return label (signature for shipped delivery is required).
